  1. How do I sign up?

    From our Sign Up page, just provide us with your full name, email address, date of birth and desired password..After you have completed the sign up form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Clicking on the confirmation link in this email will complete the sign up process.

    Go to subscribe to the right toolbar,enter your email and then check your email address.


  2. My confirmation email hasn't arrived.

    Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

    Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter.Check that you're trying to log in from the correct email address.Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (internet service provider).

  3. I get an error using the confirmation email.

    First, try logging in (with the email address you signed up with).If you are unable to log in, copy and paste the full link that you received in the confirmation email into your browser.

  4. I forgot my password.

    Simply you can click on Forgot Password while signing up!!

  5. I need to change my date of birth.

    You can edit the month and day of your birth from the "Basic tab" of the Edit My Profile page.

     


  6. How do I add a friend?

    Go to members your can view them and Click on Add as a friend

  7. How do I create a Photo album?

    Log in and go to the Photos page.From that page, select Create a photo album.Provide an album name, description and privacy level, and click "Create Album".

  8. Does MPIS distribute my user information?

    MPIS respects your privacy. We don't distribute your user information to marketers or spammers.

  9. Which web browsers does MPIS support?

    Please make sure that you are using one of the supported browsers below:

     

    PC:

    Internet Explorer 7.0

    Firefox 2 or 3

    Mac:

    Safari 3.0

    Firefox 2 or 3

  10. MPIS isn't working correctly, and I'd like troubleshooting information.

    The problems you are experiencing might be caused by your web browser. Follow the instructions below to clear your browser's cache. Please note that we only support the browsers listed below and strongly recommend that you update your browser to the newest version available.

     


    Internet Explorer 6.0

    On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.

    The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.

    On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button.

    From the same tab, select "Delete Cookies."Click "Close" and restart the browser. 


    Internet Explorer 7.0

    On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click "Delete Browsing History.

    "In the Temporary Internet Files section click on "Delete Files" and select "Yes.

    "In the Cookies section click on "Delete Cookies" and select "Yes.

    "Click "Close" and restart the browser


    SafariOpen Safari.

    Select Empty Cache.

    Click Empty on the 'Are you sure' message box.

    Exit and relaunch the browser.

    To delete your cookies, select preferences, then click on: security tab->show cookies->remove all


    Firefox 1.5

    for PCs

    Click Tools and select Options on the Firefox menu bar.

    Click the Privacy Icon on the Option menu bar to open the Privacy Properties.

    Click Clear across from the Cache option.

    Click Clear across from the Cookies option.

    Click Ok to return to the browser main page.

    Exit and relaunch the browser.


    Firefox 1.5

    for Macs

    On the Firefox menu bar, click Firefox and select Preferences in the dropdown menu.

    On the Preferences menu bar, click the Privacy Icon to open the Privacy properties.

    Click the Cookies tab. Select "Clear Cookies Now" to clear cookies.

    Click the Cache tab.

    Select "Clear Cache Now" to clear cache.

    On the Firefox menu bar, click Firefox and select Quit Firefox.

    Relaunch the browser.


    Firefox 2.0

    for PCs

    Click Tools and select Options on the Firefox menu bar.

    Click the Privacy Icon on the Option menu bar to open the Privacy Properties.

    In the Cookies section, click "Show Cookies" and then "Remove All Cookies.

    "In the Private Data section, click on "Settings" and make sure the box next to "Cache" is checked before selecting "OK.

    "Click on the "Clear Now" link.

    Exit and relaunch the browser.


    Firefox 2.0

    for Macs

    On the Firefox toolbar, click Tools and select "Clear Private Data"

    Make sure that Cache and Cookies are selected

    Click on "Clear Private Data Now"

    Exit and relaunch browser.

    If the above instructions do not resolve your issue, the problems that you are experiencing are probably being caused by your internet browser. We recommend that you install the most recent version of your particular browser. If this does not work, try switching to a different supported browser (Safari and Firefox on Macs; Internet Explorer and Firefox on PCs).

  11. Each time I visit MPIS website,my page keeps reloading!

    The only way to stop this is to use Firefox,its a javascript to keep the page active and prevent it at any costs of being hack.
    Simply use Firefox and you will have to choose either Allow or if you don`t want simply Prevent it.
